    You are not required to provide personal information, however if you choose not to, we may not be able to provide advice or services, and Product Providers may not be able to offer insurance cover.

  • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in preparing advice documents, including drafting and refining statements of advice.

    When using these tools, we take steps to protect your privacy by not including information that could identify you, such as your name, contact details, or other personal identifiers. AI is used as a support tool only, and all outputs are reviewed by our team to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with our obligations.

    We remain responsible for the advice we provide and for safeguarding your personal information at all times.
